  texture error for video material?

  Hi
  Im trying to add a video clip to a cube on my system which is running v 10 it works fine but i have to finish it on somebody else’s system which i v11.5 and when i apply my video clip material to the cube i can render the first frame but if i play or move the animation i get the texture error box showing i dumped the preferences and nearly got a slap in the ear because i also dumped the other guys keyboard layout and worse it failed to fix the problem, any ideas?
