  Text Transcribe is not available

  I have a series of airway management videos that i have produced and I would like to be able to export searchable text for these modules, but the transcribe button is greyed out. Cannot figure out why. The files have been captured/imported as avi. The only thing i can think of is they were captured using the matrox xt100 card. Does PP care what codec was used for capture? Did i forget to install an option?
