  text scroll “rundown” with expressions and keyframes

  Hey I’m trying to get the text to fade in and scroll down, like a news ticker “rundown.” I want the text to rundown to the next shape every 15sec, and after the text leaves the last shape fade off.
  What expression and effects I should use?
  Please help……
