    Hi
I am just starting out with Motion and have come across a problem that I don’t seem able to solve. I created a text on a loop, which was fine, except there seemed no obvious way to make the circle larger or to create a symetrical ellipse (which was what I was looking for), but I did get so far and got the text to look about right. But then suddenly the loop disappears and is replaced by a bounding box around the text. The problem i am having is that when I apply the light rays filter, the rays are ‘cut off’ by the bounding box and i just don’t see a way to get around that.
So it boils down to two questions
1: How to make a symetrical ellipse with the text centered on the top
2: How to get the filter to ‘spread’ beyond the bounding box

    Thanks and appreciation
