I posted here and at the Avid site.
All of my text looks bad; not crisp like it used to. I’ve tried different fonts; different colors; drop shadows on and off, etc.
I’ve tried creating the text in Boris and inside the Avid title tool but the results all look jagged and/or blurred.

What could be causing this? A video card going bad?

Let me add that the text looks correct inside the text tool (Boris or Avid). But the final result loses it’s crispness. I have white text on a blue background for one screen. In the text tool(s) everything looks great. On my computer monitor & TV monitor the white text seems to be absorbing the blue around it.

Hope somebody can help with this. Thanks..

    Problem solved!
I had to turn off the “green light real time fx” button after rendering and then everything looked great. But…I’ve never had to do this before so I don’t know why, now, I’d have to turn in off to get a clean preview.
