  • Text get jagged edges when I Render???

Posted by James Dunne on February 14, 2011 at 10:57 pm

My text is perfect in the composition, no jagged edges, continously rasterized but its just when i render the edges of the text gets jagged??

when i render, in the preview window the text turns jagged and as soon as its finished rendering it goes back to being perfect, what settings do i use do make it render without jagged edges?

    please help, thanks.

im making a kinetic typography video so having the text smooth is needed for a good look

What are your render settings? Sounds like you might be rendering at half resolution or draft resolution.

Is it jagged when you do a RAM preview or just when rendering with the Render Queue? Are you rendering with OpenGL? Do you have screenshots of what it looks like? How about a screenshot of your render setting and output setting windows?
