    Do you mean like with a text layer?

    thisComp.layer(“Blue Solid”).effect(“Linear Wipe”)(“Transition Completion”)

    Thank you Dan,

    That’s exactly what I meant! Is there any way to clip or round to the decimals?
    I did look and there are quite a few solutions on rounding, I just haven’t figured out how to interpret it for this situation. So far I just get NAN (which is mildly better than the orange “This project contains an expression error: error x of x”

    thisComp.layer(“White Solid 7”).effect(“Linear Wipe”)(“Transition Completion”);
    Math.round(“Transition Completion”)

    Thanks again!

    One way:

    thisComp.layer(“White Solid 7”).effect(“Linear Wipe”)(“Transition Completion”).value.toFixed(0);
