Make sure you use the collapse transformations/ continuously rasterize switch on the Shatter layer(“Falten”).

    I did.
i tried to work some more with it. I found the option “Camerasystem” and there I used “Compositioncamera”.
I now created a new Camera and with expressions I tied it to the one in my Main Composition.

If I now open my MainComp and choose “Active Camera” as my viewing-mode, it works fine, until the point where I let my time freeze.
The Cam doesn’t seem to move anymore.

When I change my viewing mode to “Camera 1” (the one I created), I see an empty image.

When I change the viewing mode to “oben” (“up”?) it looks perfect. I see the 3d-shattering-stuff freezing, and I see my camera moving around.

Why can’t I make the camera showing me this?

Because by time-remapping your sub-comp you also time-remap the camera. This will cause the usual phenomena like frames not coinciding properly and thus rendering black. anyway, dunno why it doesn’t work for you, works without problems here. Have you enabled the 3D switch on the layer in the sub-comp?

Looks good to me. When I have the time, I’ll look into it.

But I just uploaded my project file:
    https://rapidshare.de/files/21243876/Explosion_freeze.aep.html

If you have the time, please check it out, with different camera viewing-modes. It just seems so strange to me.
