text effects for hebrew text

Make sure that your relevant hebrew font is installed correctly. restart after effects and now you should be able to apply text effects as though you would any other font.Now just keyframe your effects parameters for the X-axis to reflect your desired result in relation to animating from right to left.
I hope that answered your question, ortherwise im not too sure what it is you are asking.
