    Hello all,

    A very simple one, but time consuming if you don’t know the name!

    I’m looking to animate in a line of text. I want all the characters visible, but all to randomly scroll through figures before eventually stopping on the correct letter.

    If anyone can tell me the name of the preset, or an alternative I’d be grateful. I’m using AE cs5 on Mac OSX

    If you want to use a preset, you could use the “Raining characters In” text preset and just delete the opacity and position animators.

    Or add an animator to your text and animate the “offset” property.
