Text and graphic entering techniques
Hello to who may help, I just need some help with a few things I would like to achieve using after effects.
I have posted the youtube video below and wanted to know if I could create the way the lower third graphic enters the screen, and also the technique of the way the text also enters the screen.

It is a simple Shape layer or a Solid with Gradients and Layer Styles.
For transition you can use CC Linear Wipe.

This can be done using a Luma Matte of required shape for Text Layer.
Here is what I have created:4934_textanimationwithmatte.zip
