I’m having a little problem with text alignment. I’ve got a moderately long sentence that I want to show on screen, and for some reason it’s formatted so that it’s just one long linear string of text, with much of the sentence being hidden outside of the frame (not the viewer mind you, but the actually frame for the text effect). So basically I’m just trying to format it such that the text stays inside of the effect frame, going to a new line accordingly, so you can actually see the words; the same way it works in any other text editing program, like Microsoft Word.

So does that make sense, and can you help me?

The basic text tool does not have word wrapping. You have to enter a return manually. Use Title 3D and turn on word wrapping in the second tab on the left.

    All the best,

    Tom
