We mounted a Panasonic DMC-GH2 on top of a Panasonic AG-AF100 using the same lens, Lumix 14 – 140mm on both (H-VS014140), and compared the footage.

It is a ten minute video. The first part is each camera for 3 second full screen. The second part is a vertical split screen with the cameras on each half of the screen

Hmm- it looks like the GH2 was in full auto (is there a way to not make this happen). Also I’d pick a nice prime lens, the zooms are pretty low res…

Your settings on these cameras dont seem to match… I don’t know how much can be read off these tests.

“The creative person wants to be a know-it-all. He wants to know about all kinds of things: ancient history, nineteenth-century mathematics, current manufacturing techniques, flower arranging, and hog futures. Because he never knows when these ideas might come together to form a new idea. It may happen six minutes later or six months, or six years down the road. But he has faith that it will happen.” — Carl Ally

We only had one pancake in the shop and no other matching primes. I took the GH2 out again after I found my way around it a little better.

It is of the Christmas lights in Austin, TX.
