All my templates are missing. Not sure they got installed although I did a normal install from all the discs. Is there a way to reinstall them without doing the whole program over again? And will my presets still be there when I am done?

    Hey Ron,

The content is on a separate installer to the Suite. The disc will be called content.

If it’s Electronic Software Download (ESD) then there is another installer to get, which just installs the content.

You would need to access your adobe.com account to register your purchase and then get access to the ESD for content. 🙂

    Hope this helps, JB

OK, where on the content disc do I find what I am looking for. All I see are a bunch of PDF files in different languages that are no help at all. Can you give me the location of what I am looking for? Thanks.

Did the templates just disappear or did you never had them?

If you have the disks I would reinstall them all.
If that does not do the trick,
uninstall run Cleaner Tool and reinstall.

The templates were never installed. I need to know where they are on the Content disc. As I said, all I see are a lot of PDF’s about general install of the program in several different languages.

Ron, what templates are you referring to?

where in premiere are you clicking to see they are missing?

I think I might be missing them as well.

    Reinstall the lot.
I dont think you can install them seperately unless you have the download version.
