Telestrator
I’m looking for something that I can use to be able to draw on a video with a telestrator effect. This is something John Madden is associated with with his NFL football telestration.
What I am trying to do is this: I am a volleyball coach and record games/drills. I would like to be able to record the video, work with it to edit it down with Premiere Pro and After Effects, have the new video, then play it and have it record the telestrations over the video.

AE and Premiere also have “write on” effects, but obviously, that’s not realtime.
