Hi everyone.I ve got a problem.Recently I started to use Technicolor Cinestyle picture style with my 7D.I am happy with the flat image it gives (i use all setting described in the installation manual) but I found that when shooting a clear sky, the sky gradient becomes abrupt. It becomes not smooth. And that looks no good.can it be a camera deffect??Or there are still some tips to be considered?I tried to switch to simple usedefined setting
    sharpness:(0),
    contrast:(-4),
    saturation:(-2)
    color tone: (0)
and it shows sky gradient smooth. But it gives deeper shadows.
    Please help what to do??)

I hate to say this , but, do not degrade the generic settings in the 7D by using the flat look of CineStyle from Technicolor. Unless you can improve on it in post production It does not look anything like the old technicolor 35mm film product. In my opinion it stuffs up the digital image to nothing like the film .
We have used 2 x Canon 5D mark II for three years using in the main Landscape style for both stills and 1920 x 1080p video PAL.
