Technical question about editing showreel

Sorry in advance for long issue and The bad English
I am currently working on editing showreel of my work.
And I want to do this simple effect when you want to show the different layers together for the big picture By a simple black line running from one side of the screen to the other. Like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1vO4R4RW2hI
(Look from 48 seconds when he replacing the color of the back panel)
In Premier i did two layers:
1. Film or the image itself which I Effect of “four piont garbage matte” and gave him keayframe see the picture from one another gradually. (When stiffened have previous image)
2. Over the film or image layer has a title (black line) running the same thing on each other.For some reason I do not understand why they are not compatible in terms of their movement speed.
I checked a few times they begin and end in the same place, yet the black line (the layer title) always precedes faster than the layer
Effect of film with the “four piont garbage matte”.I’d love help on please.
Pretty stuck because of this.Is a simple way to do “this effect I’m talking about in after effects? and if so, how to do this?

I think it´s very simple: put the clips secuentially in the same layer (video 1) and then add a wipe transition between them, setting a 4 pixel black border. Then place the texts in a second layer (video 2)

I work with Photoshop’s layers and some with transparency.
So the solution you gave me is good if I have a main control layer basis.
In my case, each layer adds some extra overall picture, so it must be one on the other and no next to each other like normal transition in Premier.
I tried the solution you gave is also putting in one layer over the other and it works pretty good but do not see the black line when I arrange the layers according to their priority in the picture and then sometimes hidden behind the black line any parts in the picture.I’d love a solution or explanation on how to do it with after effect if it is more simple and convenient.
