  The freeze versions of effects holds the last frame of the outgoing media and the first frame of the incoming media, performing the transition between the two stills. Perfect for emphasising movement and because they are transitions, the freezes will automatically update when the effect is slipped, duration changed or copy and pasted. No more razor blading and making freeze frames!
