  I just wanted you to know I spoke with Dawn at AJA a number of times today to resolve a hardware problem on my system today and was pleased that they were polite, prepared, knowledgeable, spoke fluent English, were in the USA, and knew how to solve my issues and gave me ideas to really help me out.

  How rare it is these days that a company offers good tech support and I want you all to know in the future that next time you need a product they offer, you can get great world class knowledgeable help that have people empowered and prepared to help you. Thanks AJA.
