Teach Basics of AE
Hi
I was asked to prepare an After Effects course to beginners , As we all know it is best to teach graphics by examples , Has anyone any idea of a creative project that can help deliver the basics of After effects (keyframing of basic layer properties (Position , scale ,….)).I dont have enough experence in teaching , so if any one has an advice that will be helpfulThanks

I use the Creating Motion Graphics in Adobe After Effects books for my classes. Volume01 of the series will have sufficient exercises for your needs. It’s easy to use the book to teach but you’ll have to know which exercises to cover and which ones you can skip and how you can cover 2-5 exercises with one of your own. This is imperative if you want to cover as much of the book as possible in what little time the training affords you.
It’s tough doing it the first time. You’ll need to go through at least 3 classes before you can fine-tune your lesson plans. It’s always an evolving thingy.
