    hi,

    although we calibrated our kona3 card we sometimes get a TC offset of 1 frame when editing to tape.

    9 of ten edits work fine but for some reasons we sometimes get a 1 frame placback offset.
    there is no difference between editing on HDCAMSR or DIgiBeta.

    our FC storage is fast enough and we work with proper trilevel an blackburs sync

    Hi,

    We are on FCP 5.1.2 and have similar problems with 8 KONA 3 cards. Did you have any valuable feedback from this forum or AJA?

    hi,

    aja kona support team only wanted to know if we checked everything again and again. so there is no suitable feedback.

    a german reseller told me that this might occur due to variations in temperature.
