Did you try in your preferences to switch the “upon timecode break” option to “warn after capture”?

I contacted AJA and they gave me this DisableAltETTPolling.txt for my FCP plugin folder and it’s working. Thanks !!

Glad it’s working for you. All the refernce and sync
issues you have learned about here are all valid. Heed the advice.

It’s just that little file makes a bit of a different with 23.98 Sony HD captures.
