TC Accuracy HELP
Hi Guys,
I’m having a Major issue with TC accuracy. I recently had to re-install FCP Studio 2.
“BlackMagic issues” I had a perfect TC to Master Tape Easy Setup for the last 2 years. +6 frames offset did the trick. NOW I can’t get the accuracy to be consistant. Literally one time it’s perfect and the next it misses by a frame. VERY FRUSTRATING! I master out programing all day to DBeta mostly. I’ve tried every combination of offsets and none will hold.
What do you guys think? -

What version drivers are you using for the Decklink? I had a brief period with the same accuracy problem but the latest drivers fixed that. I am going out to digi and HDCam.
Obviously you have reference video connected or you are using the black output from the Decklink to sync.

I have just finished over 3000 insert edits into a HDW1800 using the latest drivers for the Multibridge Extreme and got 100% accuracy every time.
In another edit suite I have a Decklink HD Pro and get 100% accuracy although I haven’t done 3000 edits. So it just may be what Michael suggests – drivers.Baz
What would I do without the ‘UNDO’ button!!!!

I recently re-installed blackmagic from their site. All recent drivers. This is when my problems started.
