Running Intensity Media Express 3.2 on MB Pro Mid 2012 Running 10.8.5 w/16GBs RAM. Recording to external USB 3.0 drive.

Have the TB plugged in, and have tried both component and S-Video ins. Have it hooked up to a Yamaha DVD player. Have tried playing directly from player to monitor. Works fine. When attempting to bring in from Shuttle, much drop frames, and many other artifacts, black lines through the video, like staticy stuff.

    Audio comes in fine.

Is this a known issue? Not being able to get the same clean signal from the DVD player on the Intensity TB as on the monitor?

    or is there a fix?

UPDATE: Looking at BM Web site. Apparently there is a new version of the software. I’m downloading it now. More to follow.
