  Target area for color matching

  I’ve been trying to color match a couple of shots using the levels. I know theres a way to see the percentages in the info for each color channel, but I can’t figure out how to lock the coordinates in the info so I can watch the exact part I’m trying to change. Is there a way to make a target area where you can see the percentages on that one spot?
