Is there a setting I’m missing? When I render a targa sequence out of after effects it won’t import into Avid Xpress Pro HD. I always get this monster of an error code. All of my targa’s have the aspect ratio’s locked so they are the same size.
I can export a targa sequence from Avid, just not import. Where would a setting need to be changed…if that’s the problem after all?

    What is the error?

With image sequences all you have to do is to import the first frame.

I’ve tried selecting the first frame of the sequence, then clicking recognize sequential files, then hitting import.

    The error reads:

An Access_Violation exception occurred. For more information see error log: C:\Program Files\Avid\Avid Xpress Pro HD\Avid Fatal ErrorReports\Exception_2006.04.13_15.23.57

Any suggestions based off of this?

    Thanks
