Targa sequence exporting help
Hi folks,
We were asked by a client in Israel (the country, not the brand of deoderant), to take an FCP sequence and make it into a targa sequence with the following specs:
Visual: TGA sequence
Sound: wave 44khz, 24 bitThis is all the info we have. What we did therefore was the following–
-exporting the sequence as a QT & imported into AE 7
-dragged the QT into and AE comp and sent to render Queue twice
– first comp in queue we had best settings, output as a targa sequence (we used 24bit, no RLE), no changes on image size
-second comp in queue, we used best settings, audio only (44.1 khz, 16 bit, stereo), saved as wavBoth files rendered and we sent via email. Today we get a response saying they can’t work with them. No additional reason why or sorts.
For at least our side of the actions taken, is there something we might have done wrond, misinterpreted (I know you can’t do 44khz audio or 24 bit audio). Is there a more preferred setting for targa sequence export or a trick to file naming? We’re sadly at a loss here and could use some help. Thanks!
Rick
