  Tapeless Batch Capture

  Does Premiere Pro 5.5 support any kind of batch capture (or re-linking) from tapeless media?

  I’m wondering if there’s an equivalent to FCP’s Log and Transfer which will allow me to preview tapeless clips, select only portions to import into the project and allow me to specify audio only.

  Then after the media is taken off-line, I can batch import only the clips needed for the sequence.

  There doesn’t seem to be any support for that in 5.5.
