Tape Play Back
I have a DVC PRO HD tape a friend output a final piece to and I can’t play it back on my Varicam. Does anyone have an answer to my problem? Thanks for any help .

My guess is the tape was recorded on a 1200 deck; the recording format is different on that deck and the earlier decks, the 130 and 150, and the in-camera recorder.
The 1200 will play back tapes recorder on the earlier decks and the camera, but they will not play tapes recorded on the 1200.
