Tangent Wave not switching LCDs into grading room
Hey Guys,
I’m running Mavericks, Tangent has the latest 1.12 firmware. Resolve 9.
The wave seems to work in resolve but wont switch to the grading menu’s in the LCD panels when i turn on resolve. . They were working on another computer.
My new setup as the wave going into a KVM. I couldn’t get the wave to update its firmware through the KVM, so had to do it on a handy iMac.
Any ideas?

Hi,
Have you tried removing the KVM and just trying the Wave panel directly connected to the computer?
KVM devices are generally used for keyboard and mouse. The Wave is not a keyboard or a mouse so it may not work with a KVM.
If you wish to extend the USB cable length we can recomend the Lindy range of USB extenders and hubs. But note that you should not use a KVM.
