September 29, 2010 at 9:15 pmYou can assign the Wacom buttons, yes. I have not done so though.
You program the buttons on the ShuttlePRO2 just the same way as you do with the ones on the Wacom. Select which button does what shortcut combination. Example, SHIFT+T or CMD+1 etc.. Just look at what shortcuts are available for the different tools, and assign them to whatever button you’d like. 🙂 -

September 30, 2010 at 6:08 pmRegarding network panel support on the Mac, in June Peter Chamberlain said in this message:
https://forums.creativecow.net/readpost/277/465
*************
Resolve on Mac will work with the new DaVinci Resolve panels (USB) and a number of third party panels – specifics still to be published as its an ongoing project. Tangent Wave was shown at NAB in its first iteration. Other third party USB and Ethernet panels will follow. No legacy DaVinci 2K network panels or Ethernet Resolve panels will be supported on Mac.
Resolve on Linux will work with the new DaVinci Resolve panels (USB) and the legacy DaVinci 2K Network panels. There is no third party panel support for Resolve on Linux.
**************All of the above is still true.

October 2, 2010 at 5:57 amThis would be great to know. I guess we have to bug Tangent about it. Are there any CP-100 users out there? I know it is an older product, but they still have it on their website and I see it still being sold. Anyone out there want to start a petition to get Tangent to support all their panels on Resolve?

October 5, 2010 at 6:34 pmPeter posted a thread if there are still CP 100 users out in the world. I am one of them that is pretty disappointed with this. We have two of those panels that worked with a hand full of amazing color grading software. We where hoping that Blackmagic and Tangent would support this professional panel also. Well I guess they have there reasons why but it would be great for some of those CP100 users to get some support.

October 18, 2010 at 9:56 pmLet me know what you here I have two and don’t want to stop using them. It just would make sense that both parties would support the CP 100.

October 18, 2010 at 10:27 pmI heard back from Tangent today and they still say that at this time they are not planning on doing any more support on the CP-100. Very disappointing. Maybe if we keep pestering them, they will keep the panel alive.
I guess for them it’s not worth the time further developing the CP-100. They would rather you buy a CP-200 (or even a Wave?). Maybe if we keep asking them. Or if we collect some money and send it to them it might help pay their programmer to do the Resolve development.

October 19, 2010 at 1:57 amWOW, I would be willing to buy and update to the CP100 if Tangent would create it. Well Peter let me know if you hear of anything in the future. I will keep my eyes open on the net. I will also contact some folks at Black Magic. Hopefully they will work something out soon. If you do gather a few people for the donation towards the programmer let me know.

January 11, 2011 at 8:01 pmNow that the (ethernet based) Eclipse is supported, wouldn’t the CP’s be the next logical choice?
