taking an RCA signal from an old mixing board
Am I paranoid or does an RCA signal off of an old mixing board into a PC sound archiac? What would be the issues. I’m recording my first time with a friend who insists on using his ACER laptop as opposed to my macbookpro. He uses Audition. His engineer is anti-Apple with a vengance. I’m scared.

Dear Scared,
There are alot of us out there that are anti mac … I would use an external hard drive to record to since most laptops only have 5400RPM drives … I suggest you just enjoy the experience …
