Take on me – A ha Clip effect
I would like to know if any of you know any way to let the video completely white with only the edges of figures in black, just like in the video.

What they used is a technique called Rotoscoping, essentially frame-by-frame hand drawn animation. There are some plugins that will pseudo draw on for you, but for really good animation most of it is done by hand.
