I am producing a large university prospectus that we are wanting to be accessible. When producing a pdf file, IndesignCS4 produces automatic tags, however when opened into Acrobat the tags are randomly numbered and are all over the place. I have then tried to apply my own tags manually and restructured them manually using the structure column. I did this by applying styles to tags and renaming the tags accordingly. A pdf was written but again the order of the structure from Indesign to Acrobat9 was lost and the tags were randomly numbered. Is there a way to set up tags in Indesign, structure the reading order and write a pdf so Acrobat will order the tags in the order they have been set up and so the page reads in the correct order?
Sorry if this seems long winded.
    Thanks
