System Profiler Won’t save file
I’m trying to save my System Profile file for a software vendor that requested it and when I do it gets to about 50% and then closes.
They said there may be a problem with the OS so I re-formatted and re-installed OSX Tiger this morning and ran all the Apple updates and I’m still getting the same error message.
What do I need to do to fix this?

Where are you trying to save the file? Seems like this might be the only thing not changed, if you’re trying to save to some external device. Have you tried saving to another location?

I’ve tried saving it to an external USB, on the desktop, in the documents folder and I have the same issue every time.
