    System not recognise “DeckLink Studio 2” card

    Good morning.

    I install the DeckLink Studio 2 card on HP Pavilion a6713sc
    (MotherBoard: Pegatron M2N78-LA,
    RAM: 2 GB,
    Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9100,
    OS: Windows XP Professional SP 3 + all updates).

    But when I turn on computer the system not recognise the new device (new hardware device wisard not run atomatically and nothing appears in SystemPanel->Properties->DeviceManager).

    The DeckLink card looks Okay (not damaged and worked correctly on other system two days before), cooler spins.

    I tried to insert the card to other PCI E slot – same result.
    Also I looked the BIOS (it’s a very simple bios – any “advanced” settings not presen here).

    So, what can i do?
