  Syncing with time-stamps in multicam editing

  I have 3 sony cameras Z1E,V1E,A1P. Since i dont have a timecode generator, i was really pleased when vegas 8 gave the option of syncing my cameras using timestamps. However it has only work once when i had just two tracks of video anything more than that, it muddles everything else even creating extra tracks and replicating video clips. Has anyone done this successfully? You guys have never let me down so …HELP!
