    Hi list,

Wondering if there’s anyway I can have two video clips track each other in side-by-side viewers i.e once two tracks are synched up, is it possible to “gang” them so when you move through track B in viewer A the playhead moves to the exact same spot in track B. I know I can do this in with a multitrack but I’m curious if there’s a quick way to achieve the above in two viewers.

    Many thanks and warm regards,

    kevin

One in the Canvas and one in the Viewer will work.
    You can gang them together.

You can also just edit each one to a separate video track on the same timeline.

If you’re using FCP 5, you can use the multiclip feature to do this. It’s covered in the manual.
