  Syncing timecode

  What is the best way of syncing timecode when mastering tape. I need to make the timecode on the tape, match up with the timecode on the timeline.

  i.e. The cut at 0:10:00:00 on the timeline is at 0:10:00:00 on the DVCAM tape. I’m mastering with a sony dsr25 over firewire.
