Syncing 25 frames to 60 frames
I’m trying to sync up footage of the same action from two different sources. One is a skype interview recorded at 25 FPS, the other is a Canon vixia at 60 FPS. I’ve tried transcoding the footage to match each other, and it starts off fine but is always out of sync by the end. Need advice to fix this please, and reshooting is not an option at this point.

The final video will be uploaded to YouTube at 30FPS. 60 would be ideal, but if 25fps is the only option I am more than willing to work with that.

And of course, audio sample rates need to match or they will drift too.
