Syncing 2 digibeta players
I am working on an event where we are using digibeta as the play back format but need backup incase a machine fails. I was just wondering if players like the Sony j3 can still be synced together for play back using the Sony 9 pin remote.

I’ve used lasershow which was developed for laserdisc hence the name “lasershow” but also works great with RS422 device such as beta decks. Might be hard to find, but would be a great solution. Runs in DOS Mode and you’ll need a serial port for each deck.

This is one of the controllers we use in sports trucks to do slow motion replays from digital betadecks.
