I’ve uploaded maybe 8 hours of footage and am having a problem intermittently w/sections — it’s out of synch! It’s in synch when I view the captured footage on my computer, but once it’s brought into Pro, and it does that audio rendering or whatever, some of the clips are wildly out of synch! Any suggestions? Thanks.

Is there a way to synch up picture and track when you’ve unlinked them? I unlinked a clip and moved it some w/out moving the audio, and now I’m having a dickens of a time synching them back up. Before in 6.5 there was a little visual on both audio and video that you could align and be back in perfect synch, even when you had unlinked the two. Any ideas? Thanks.

Autosync is still there in PPro.

As long as the video and audio elements were once linked, select both element and pick ‘link audio and video’ from the right click menu. A time-error box appears at the top left of each clip. Right-click in your choice of error box and choose the re-sync option you require.
