  synch audio with text on screen

  I have a client that a has a number of audio recordings they want to post on an On-demand server. They want to be able to synch the audio with an on screen rolling print version of the audio. Is there any software out there that will do it without manually typing in the transcript? Voice recognition linked somehow? I am using Sound Forge 8 and Sony Vegas 8.0, will these be of any help?
