I am new to plural eyes and trying to get it to sync a bunch of clips from 2 cameras. Both sources are DVCPRO HD 24p. (Originally one clip was 1080 HDV 60i, then converted to 24.) Audio is 48khz.

I did one sequence like this an it synced. Now I am on a second, longer sequence, and can’t get it to work. Several of the clips have had their in/out points shortened in the synced sequence returned from Plural Eyes. They were not cut down in the original so I don’t understand why it would shorten them. I have tried the level audio, and try really hard options with no improvement.

I tried searching the archives, but couldn’t find anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Best,
    John

This is happening to me as well. PluralEyes 4 extension within Premiere 2017.1.2 / 11.1.2.

Some video and audio clips are being synced but shortened significantly (to about 1/4 length). A few were divided up with other clips in between. A few were duplicated. Have not experienced these issues with Plural Eyes before.
