  Sync New Audio file to clip?

  I am working on some music videos. After I sync the music track with the individual clips I would like to delete the audio to a clip and replace it with the music track from the bands c.d.. is there a way to connect the new audio to the video clip so I can use the key command shiftL so that I can use the link selection command?
