  Sync issues

  I have two monitors hooked up to my Mac through my IOExpress. Through a hdmi splitter. One screen is a small Samsung monitor the other is a 40″ ue40es6710 samsung tv. The refreshers rate of this tv is 400Hz.
  For some reason my small Samsung monitor is in sync when I edit with Premiere Pro (so the viewing window in premiere is in sync with this small external monitor), but my large Samsung TV is one/two frames off. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal, but whenever client come to view, they mention that it seems out of sync. I tried hooking several other tv’s up and they all have the same problem. I tried different hdmi wires, I tried hooking the large tv up straight (without the splitter) but the problem remains….
  has anyone experienced this, does anyone know a fix?
