I’m looking at replacing an audio interface for use with DAWs. Some of the one’s I’m looking at only have LTC Output. For when I’m working in Premiere, can I sync that interface with my Blackmagic video interface by using the LTC Output of the audio interface as the sync generator out to the Blackmagic, and just bypass the need for a dedicated sync generator?

The only time you really need to use sync is when you are doing outputs to tape.
Sending T/C from the Audio Interface to the BM Card will do nothing at all.

So I can reliably keep monitoring output sync between separate video and audio interfaces by timing internally?
