  Sync Generator and Word Clock

  Hi. I need some help. I’ve got a Multibridge Pro 2 and a Mini converter Sync Generator. I also have a Motu 896HD. My question is this: Can I sync the audio card -the Motu- by using the sync generator or should I use a Word Clock? And if I use a word clock, would I see video and audio on sync when I play the video through the multibridge and the audio through the Motu?
