Sync Drift in 25fps project
I am finishing a 25fps project. The audio mix came back from the Sound Editor a lines up perfectly with the audio waveforms in the master movie before the mix, but although they are visually spot on, the sync drifts by 14 frames by the end of the 9 minute piece. Any thoughts as to why or how this is occurring and how to fix it?

This commonly reported issue is best explained by Matt Lyon’s tutorial, which covers the correct procedure to import audio assets (second part of the tutorial) –

Also a search for sync will bring up the many hundreds of reports of this bug which Apple think is a feature.
