Symphony and Artist Color
Hi,
I’m a Davinci colorist, and I have a client that is working in Symphony and so I am getting familiar with those tools. One problem I am having is that the soft keys do not load. None of the function keys are loaded with any commands, and the Show button displays them as blank. I have a case in with Avid about it and they just suggest to reload Eucontrol. Not helping. Any suggestions?

In the Eucon settings, is the Color Surface loaded in the first tab and the workstation loaded in the second tab? Have you downloaded firmware for the Color lately?
